Nauja skydo konstrukcija išrasta Panevėžyje

Producer of panel houses, personal company of R. Maženis, this year increased its capacities by half and starts construction of ten private houses in Utena, informs daily paper “Verslo Žinios” on 11-08-2008 in article “New Activity Became the Main One” by Daiva Savickienė. According to Rimantas Maženis, Utena is attractive for the company, because there is no competition in this town now, while there are many potential buyers for their houses. Such projects are attractive due to smaller expenditure, and to buyers – due to readily arranged streets, neatly built houses of the same style and clarity, what will be in the neighbourhood.

External beauty of the house or reasonable layout of interior?

Many citizens of Lithuania, planning to build his own house, consider this. As the energy resources become more expensive, expenditure on heating of the dwelling increases every year. Heating often requires almost half of the sum paid for taxes. Therefore, the owners of the flats and houses seek to decrease the consumption of the heat in all possible ways: they warm walls and roofs, renovate the houses, modernise the heating stations, install modern heating systems, abandon some of the premises during heating season and undertake other measures. Moreover, as the construction materials become more expensive, the wages increase, the prices of the constructions also increase rapidly.

Personal company of R. Maženis, producer of dog food, undertook production of panel houses, which, according to the businessman, have no analogies in the country. Representatives of the company claim that the heat resistance of these houses is especially high, while the expenditure for heating – relatively small. So far production capacities allow building only one such house per month, nevertheless, as early as the next year their production will be expanded, because the demand is huge. This month it will be decided, whether to undertake the production of such houses in Russia.
